RT Shepherd and Son (Scotland) Ltd are manufacturers of fine Bagpipes, Smallpipes, Pipe Chanters, Reeds, Tone Enhancers and a range of other Piping Accessories.  Serving a global marketplace since 1966 their products are played by those who demand perfection.

At the World Pipe Band Championships as well as other major championships in recent years, the combination of Shepherd Chanters and Reeds has been the predominant product of choice by successful bands throughout all 8 competitive grades. The Grade 1 World Championship title has been won every year from 2001 through 2007 by a band playing Shepherd Chanters and Reeds.

As well as the pipe band market their products heavily used on the solo piping circuit.

	S/B Shepherd Bagpipes The S/B Standard Model reproduces the original antique pattern of the 18th Century. Simple pattern turning, fitted with nickel ferrules and wood mounts, plain turned imitation ivory ring caps, synthetic chanter, velvet cover and wool cords.
